Summary

Enjoyed being able to play and learn took more time than I anticipated but have learnt about
technology that I wouldn't have come across. Now when the public request books I can at least I have a little bit of an understanding.

Week 9

Have found week 9 interesting YouTube could be very addictive but also needs to be monitored as to the content of clips. Podcasts have been very useful in this Learning 2.0 and will be come more so as technology spreads for companies educating the public. I will be investigating the downloadable audio book more as that was something I wasn't aware was available.

Week 8

Found Week 8 very interesting could see lots of uses for Zoho writer and Google Doc.
Companies could send documents to be viewed or re written all over the world.
Families could keep in touch via this. Spreadsheet could be kept up to date and
be analysis ed continuously. Have also heard about storing photos on sites like these in
case of disasters.

Week 7 "Wikis"

Have just completed Week 7 can see pro's and con's about recommending Wikipedia to public
who are NOT aware that subjects can be edited by ANYONE. Parents who give the information
to a child for a project without reading through first and knowing the subject could be giving an interesting read for a teacher if the subject has been edited. Grudges against people or subjects could be alerted on a regular basis. Very interesting can see uses in Wikis.

Week 6

Have just completed week six and have done some experimental TAGGING
will enjoy seeing what appears in the next week or so I find it takes a lot of
time on some sites to negotiate around them where as others are self explanatory.

Week 5

Found that this would be useful if you were doing signage
on a topic for a display which you wanted to add a quirkey
comment to attract the eye.

Week 4

RSS feed was very interesting to use have since seen it on website

and can now brag that I know what they are and can show people

how to subcribe.
